Job Description:

Job Title: KYC Executive

Job Location: Tin factory

Salary: 17k to 24k take Home & CTC more than that+ 10k to 15k incentives

Languages Required: English, Hindi is mandatory and any 2 regional languages.

6 working days & 1 rotational week off

Shift timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm

About Company:

It is an Instant Personal Loan platform for self-employed and salaried professionals, where they can apply for a Personal Loan starting from 3,000 up to 5 Lakhs as per their requirement. It is an online platform facilitating loan transactions between banks/NBFCs and borrowrs. The personal loan interest rates available through the platform starts from 12.25% p.a. for loan amounts of up to Rs 4 lakh and for tenures of up to 2 years. The RBI has approved and certified as a non-banking financial institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) as per regulatory guidelines.

• Verify and validate customer identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, etc.

• Handle customer queries related to KYC documentation and process.
