Field Executive – CPV & Digital KYC (Merchant Verification)

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting merchant verification activities, including CPV (Customer Profile Verification ) visits and assisting merchants with Digital KYC processes. The role involves field visits, document validation, data collection, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Experience in field verification, merchant onboarding, KYC, banking, fintech, NBFC, or sales operations is an advantage.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of CPV visits completed.
Digital KYC completion rate.
Report submission turnaround time.
Verification accuracy and quality score.
Merchant onboarding success rate.
