KYC Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct video calls with customers to complete the KYC process.

• Verify customer identity and documents such as Aadhaar and PAN, as applicable.

• Check customer details and ensure the information matches the submitted documents.

• Guide customers through the video verification process.

• Ensure all KYC procedures are completed as per company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the KYC status in the system.

• Identify and report suspicious activities or mismatches in customer details.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.

• Complete daily targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate or undergraduate, as per company requirements.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use video calling applications.

• Good attention to detail and customer-handling skills.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.

• Customer service and problem-solving skills.
