We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, handle day-to-day queries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing accounts, resolving concerns, and driving business growth through effective cross-selling and up-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of services.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to maximize account value.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and share performance updates with clients when required.
Build strong rapport and ensure repeat business from existing clients.
