Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters.

Communicate with recruiters on behalf of candidates regarding interview availability.

Reschedule interviews whenever candidates have production issues, client meetings, or Scrum calls.

Maintain interview calendars and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Send interview confirmations and reminders through phone, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.

Collect interview feedback from candidates and recruiters.

Track interview status and update internal recruitment trackers.

Coordinate multiple interview rounds and ensure timely communication.

Handle candidate queries related to interview timings and joining processes.

Ensure candidates attend interviews by providing timely reminders and follow-ups.

Maintain professional communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

Support end-to-end interview coordination until the hiring process is completed.
