Job Title: Customer Support Representative – Voice Support

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for an international voice support process. As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle inbound customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while meeting performance and quality standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills who are comfortable working in a fast-paced international customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Handle inbound voice calls from international customers professionally.

• Understand customer concerns by actively listening and asking relevant questions.

• Provide accurate information and effective resolutions during the first interaction whenever possible.

• Ensure every customer receives a positive and satisfactory support experience.

Issue Resolution

• Troubleshoot customer concerns by following standard operating procedures.

• Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate support team.

• Maintain ownership of customer issues until resolution or proper escalation.

Documentation

• Record customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.

• Maintain complete and error-free case documentation for future reference.

Quality & Performance

• Meet key performance metrics including Quality Score, CSAT, Productivity, Attendance, and Adherence.

• Follow compliance, data privacy, and process guidelines during every customer interaction.

• Maintain professional communication and empathy while handling customers.

• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Experienced candidates with customer service or international BPO experience are preferred.

Skills Required

• Excellent spoken English communication.

• Strong listening and comprehension skills.

• Basic technical aptitude and computer proficiency.

• Ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Freshers

Work Schedule & Benefits

• 5 Days Working

• 2 Rotational Week Offs

• 10-hour shift including a 1-hour break

• Majorly Night Shift (Rotational)

• Work From Office

• Cab facility available for eligible night shifts only

• Leaves are not permitted during the first 3 months, except scheduled weekly offs

Eligible candidates relocating from another city will receive:
