We are hiring for an International Voice Process role on a Full-time basis with OnSite work arrangement. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients, ensuring every conversation is professional, accurate, and solution-focused. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, supporting their queries, managing service requests, and maintaining strong communication through voice-based support. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, have a confident communication style, and can adapt to a structured night shift schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support - Handle real time voice calls from Customers in North America.
Problem solving - Resolve issues without replying strictly, you should provided a proactive solutions
Documentation - Accurately track and document all customers interaction in CRM System
Meet specific targets including CSAT, AHT, FCR
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong command of English communication for voice-based customer handling.
Experience or comfort working in a Customer Support environment is preferred.
Good understanding of International Voice Process & Client Handling expectations.
Ability to work in rotational night shift schedules.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic customer ticketing/documentation practices.
Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport while handling calls.
