Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Work Experience

U1: Less than 2 years (minimum 12 months in Customer Service in an International BPO)
U2: More than 2 years (minimum 18 months International BPO Customer Service experience)

Skills and Abilities

Handling basic customer queries related to Telecom Bills
Customer Resolution expertise

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and comprehension abilities

Computer Proficiency

Basic computer knowledge required

Work Shifts
