We are looking for a process associates for australian outbound to join our team saldel. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to industry. The role offers 28 k and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
key responsibilities:
•Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
•Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem solving approch.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followups
•provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
•work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• High volume calling ( 500+ daily )
Job requirements:
mandatory prior cold calling -outbound experience
preferred : Australian process Experience
Excellent English communication
confident pro active interacting with international customers
