• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/Australia)

• Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions

• Communicate professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience

• Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a neutral accent

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working night and rotational shifts
