Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions and case updates.
Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ PUC / Graduation Completed
✅ Excellent English Communication Skills Mandatory
✅ Minimum 6 Months International Voice Process Experience Mandatory
✅ Customer Support Experience Preferred
✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred
✅ Maximum Age: 45 Years
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary: ₹32,000 In-Hand
