Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA CTC + Up to ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced International Technical Support professionals to join our voice process team in Kolkata. The candidate will provide technical assistance to international customers, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer calls and provide technical support.
Understand customer issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions.
Identify and resolve issues related to basic software, hardware, connectivity, and applications.
Create and update service requests/tickets with accurate information.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
Maintain defined quality, SLA, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
Follow process guidelines, security procedures, and company policies.
Required Skills
1+ year of experience in International Customer Service / Technical Support – Voice Process.
Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
Good communication and active listening skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint preferred.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.
Eligibility
Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Kolkata.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
