*Role: International Voice Process Executive / Customer Support Executive*

*📍 Location:* Jaipur - Sitapura & Bangalore (Work From Office)

*💰 Salary:* ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 CTC + Incentives + Night Shift Allowance

*🕐 Shift:* US / UK / Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working, 2 Days Rotational Off)

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

We are looking for dynamic and fluent English speakers to join our International Voice Process. You will be handling customers from US / UK / Australia via calls.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound / outbound calls for international customers

- Resolve customer queries related to billing, technical support, healthcare benefits, or product/service information

- Provide excellent customer service with high CSAT & Quality scores

- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM

- Follow compliance, process, and data security guidelines

- Upsell / cross-sell where applicable

*Requirements (MANDATORY):*

- Excellent English Communication - *Versant C1/C2 or Excellent Fluency*

- Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice / BPO (Freshers with excellent comms can also apply)

- Graduation mandatory (Any stream)

- Strong listening, problem-solving & interpersonal skills

- Willing to work in night shifts / US shifts

- Immediate joiners preferred
