Position: International Voice Process Executive
Process: International Voice – US Process
Job Type: 3 Months Contract
Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through international voice process.

• Communicate with US customers professionally and effectively.

• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.

• Handle calls professionally while meeting process requirements.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates with excellent English communication skills.

• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to work in US rotational shifts.

• Comfortable working in a 5-day working environment with rotational week-offs.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  

Job Details

• Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Days Rotational Off

• Shift: Rotational Shift (US Rotational Shift)

• Salary: ₹19,000 Take Home

• Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab

• Contract: 3 Months

• Retention Bonus: ₹27,000 after successful completion of 3 months
