🕒 Shift: US Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
🚖 Transportation: One-way cab facility available between 8 PM – 6 AM (Within 25 km radius)

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply
✔ Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of International Voice Process experience preferred
✔ Experience in Domestic Voice, AR Calling, or Non-Voice processes will not be considered
✔ Qualification: PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate
✔ Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Freshers Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹22,000 Fixed Pay
💰 Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 – ₹26,000 Fixed Pay
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹4,400
🎯 Attendance Bonus: ₹500
🚕 Transportation Reimbursement: ₹1,500 for eligible employees using personal transport
