Job Summary

We are hiring fresh graduates for an International Voice Process to support employees of a global organization. The role involves handling inbound HR-related queries over calls and providing timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound voice calls from employees based in the US.

• Resolve HR-related queries including payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, employee records, onboarding, and HR policies.

• Provide a high-quality customer experience while maintaining professionalism.

• Accurately document interactions and update internal systems.

• Meet defined quality, productivity, and service-level targets.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Any Graduate (2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs).

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (US timings).

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
