We are looking for an International Voice Process associate to join our team at India's top MNC to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve HR related queries. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding shipments, delivery timelines, and tracking updates.
Meet performance targets and collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (Any Stream)/ Undergraduate (PUC) with 0–8 years of experience in Customer Support/Voice Process. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 5 working days (Rotational Week Offs) during the Rotational Shift (including night shifts).
