🔹 Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 Year Experience Required

- Customer Service / BPO experience preferred

- Excellent English communication skills required

💰 Salary & Earnings:

- CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

- Fixed Salary: ₹36,100

- PMS / Variable Pay: ₹0–₹9,000

- During Training: ₹38,392

- Post Training: Up to ₹40,683 including variable pay

🔹 Role:

- Handle customer complaints from UK customers.

- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Provide suitable solutions while maintaining professional communication.
