International Telecaller – Non-Sales

Position: International Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an International Telecaller with good English communication skills to communicate with international clients over the phone and provide information about the company, products, and services.

This is a non-sales role. There are no sales targets, no cold-selling, and no lead-generation responsibilities in Dahisar location(Mumbai) Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with international clients.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with overseas customers.

• Explain company, product, and service information to clients.

• Respond to basic client queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain professional relationships with international clients.

• Follow up with clients when required for information or updates.

• Record call details and client interactions accurately.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever client information or support is required.

• Handle client communication professionally and politely.

• Maintain proper records and follow company communication procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Good spoken English and communication skills.

• Comfortable communicating with international clients.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand client queries and communicate information clearly.

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.

• Candidates with International BPO / International Voice Process / Customer Support / Telecalling experience will be preferred.

• Main responsibility is client communication and sharing company/product/service information.
