Process: AR (Revenue Cycle Management)
Location: Mohali

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) in the US Healthcare domain

• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status and payments

• Work on denials management and resolve rejected claims

• Ensure timely payment posting and collections

• Analyze and resolve billing issues

• Maintain accurate records of calls and claim updates

• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of US Healthcare / RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)

• Ability to work in night shifts (US shifts)

• Knowledge of medical billing, ICD/CPT codes (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate

• Freshers & experienced both eligible

• Prior experience in AR / Medical Billing is an advantage
