IGT Solutions is looking for experienced Process Associates to support business operations and deliver excellent service across designated processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats as per process requirements
