We are looking for a International Voice Process Agent to join our team at Bscj Enterprises. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Rotational shift.
