International Voice Care Agent | Technical Support Executive
Job Role
We are hiring experienced Technical Support Executives for international customer support processes with leading global organizations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first approach.
Experience
- 1–3 years of International Voice Process experience (mandatory)
- Prior experience in Technical Support is preferred
- Candidates with Customer Support, Telecom, Sales, or Retention experience may also be considered based on role requirements
Qualification
- 12th Pass / PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Original educational documents may be required for select openings
Salary
- ₹30,000 – ₹55,000 per month
- Up to 40% salary hike on current CTC (as per company policy)
Work Location
📍 Central Bangalore (Multiple Locations)
Shift
- US Shift
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab Facility
- Transportation provided as per company policy
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to international customers via voice.
- Diagnose and resolve product, software, device, connectivity, and service-related issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate support teams when required.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, internet applications, and networking concepts.
- Ability to work in rotational US shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
