Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp
Provide accurate information regarding property listings, pricing, documentation, and site visits
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Schedule property visits and follow up with prospective clients
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Assist clients with booking, agreement, and post-sales support
Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach at all times
