Travel Sales Consultant – Role Overview

A Travel Sales Consultant is responsible for converting customer enquiries into confirmed travel bookings by understanding travel preferences, recommending suitable packages, and providing complete travel assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online enquiries.

• Understand customer travel requirements, destination preferences, travel dates, budget, and expectations.

• Recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.

• Prepare customized travel itineraries according to customer needs.

• Explain package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, hotel options, and sightseeing details.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking and customer satisfaction.

• Follow up regularly with potential customers to maximize conversions.

• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
