Role Overview:

As an International Travel Sales Executive, you will assist customers with flight inquiries, provide best fare options, and convert leads into successful bookings—just like a solution-driven sales professional.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

• Assist with international flight inquiries (US/UK process)

• Explain fares, routes, and travel options clearly

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Learn booking, cancellation & modification processes

• Maintain call quality and basic sales metrics

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)

• Sales mindset & willingness to learn

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in night shifts

• Prior travel sales/GDS knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
