Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our US Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who has excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in international sales and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

• Identify and approach potential clients through market research, online research, and data mining.

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing international clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to convert leads into business opportunities.

• Negotiate with clients and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales reports, lead databases, and customer information using MS Excel•.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, customer onboarding, and after-sales support.

• Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Contribute ideas and strategies to support business development and revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3–5 years of sales experience preferred, particularly in international sales, B2B sales, or business development.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Comfortable working in the US shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

- Strong teamwork, time-management, and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of research and data mining is preferred.

- Candidates with experience in Natural Stone, Marble/Granite, Building Materials, Manufacturing, or Export-Import will be preferred.
