We are looking for a International Non Voice Process to join our team at Webtech Software Solutions. The role offers ₹17000 - ₹25000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO.   • Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Rotational shift.
