Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our International Chat Process team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing chat-based support to international e-commerce sellers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide chat-based support to international e-commerce sellers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues within defined service standards.
Assist sellers with account-related concerns, order management, and operational queries.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice and Chat Process.
Seller Support experience is mandatory.
Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
