International Non-Voice Process | Chat Support Executive | Email Support

Job Role

We are hiring Chat Support Executives for international non-voice and email support processes with leading multinational organizations.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- 0–2 years of experience in Chat Support, Email Support, Non-Voice Process, or International BPO is preferred.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate

Salary

- ₹21,000 – ₹35,000 per month

- Salary offered based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

Work Location

📍 East & North Bangalore (Multiple Locations)

Shift

- US / UAE / Rotational Shifts

- 5 Days Working

- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility

- Transportation provided as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat and email channels.

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining quality standards.

- Maintain professional written communication with customers.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Good written and verbal English communication.

- Basic typing skills (25–35 WPM preferred).

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
