Provide real-time chat support to international customers.
Handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed.
Assist customers with product/service inquiries, order issues, and general troubleshooting.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Adhere to defined productivity, quality, and customer experience standards.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately.
Work in rotational shifts (day/night/weekends) as per 24x7 process requirement.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
0–3 years of experience in chat/email support or customer service preferred.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and online communication platforms.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including night shifts and public holidays.
A strong team player with a customer-centric attitude.
