Position: Customer Support Executive – UK Survey Process
Xelcis Technology Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for the UK Survey Process. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and a professional approach towards customer interaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions for the UK Survey Process in a professional manner.
Conduct survey calls and maintain accurate customer records.
Maintain proper documentation and update records in the system.
Deliver high-quality customer service while achieving process targets.
Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain process efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S.) pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Basic computer proficiency required.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Travel Allowance provided

Working Schedule:
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday and Alternative Saturdays
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Candidates with prior international process experience will be preferred.
