Education & Experience: Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience
Language Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English
Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs
Shift: US Shift (9 hours rotational)

Compensation:
6 months experience: INR 5,03,500 CTC per annum (INR 35,000 take-home/month)
1 year experience: INR 5,19,300 CTC per annum (INR 36,000 take-home/month)
2+ years experience: INR 5,46,300 CTC per annum (INR 38,000 take-home/month)
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English
Minimum 6 months of customer service/customer support experience
Good typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Basic computer knowledge and system navigation skills
Comfortable working in rotational US shifts
Preferred Skills
Experience in Payment Gateway, Banking, Fintech, or E-commerce process
Prior experience in international voice process
Good interpersonal and listening skills
