We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to handle global client interactions. The ideal candidate will provide timely assistance, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across different time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
Handle international customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Troubleshoot product or service-related issues and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve complex issues
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
Understand cultural differences and communicate effectively with global customers
Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
