Role Overview
We are hiring for a Pure Customer Service role for an International Money Transfer process. You’ll be the front-line support helping customers with their money transfer queries and ensuring smooth, secure transactions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for money transfer queries
- Assist customers with registration, KYC, transaction status, and troubleshooting
- Guide customers on transfer limits, fees, exchange rates, and payout locations
Transaction Handling
- Ensure smooth processing and tracking of domestic & international money transfers
- Coordinate with operations team for failed/pending transactions
- Maintain compliance with AML/KYC and company policies during every interaction
Quality & Documentation
- Maintain 100% accuracy in customer data entry and case notes
- Meet daily CSAT, AHT, and quality targets
- Log all customer interactions in CRM accurately
Other
- Work in 24/7 rotational shifts including nights/weekends
- Escalate complex issues to Team Lead/Manager on time
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and process efficiency
Requirements
✅ Education: HSC Minimum
✅ Experience: 1+ Year in International BPO / Voice Process
✅ Skills: Excellent English Communication - SVAR 70+, C1 Level Preferred
✅ Other: Computer proficiency, willingness for 24/7 shifts with 2 Rotational Offs
