About the Role

We are hiring Customer Associates and Senior Customer Associates for a leading International US Telecom Voice Process. If you have prior experience in international voice support and excellent communication skills, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries from US telecom customers.

• Provide prompt and effective resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure adherence to process guidelines.

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.

• Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

✔ 12th Pass / Graduate
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Inbound)
✔ Experience in B2C customer support domain is mandatory
✔ Excellent English communication skills (B2 level – Score 58 or above)
✔ Familiarity with MS Office and Internet applications
✔ Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
