Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving customer queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice support.

• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Document customer interactions accurately.

• Meet quality and productivity targets.

• Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

• Freshers: ₹22,000 Take-home per month

• Experienced: ₹25,000 Take-home per month + ₹4,000 Allowance

Shift Details

• Rotational Shifts

• Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM (9-hour shift)

• Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
