We are looking for a International Customer Support Executive to join our team at Smart Hr Services. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Any Industry. The role offers ₹20,000 - ₹45,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

• Amadeus: Leading global market presence, heavily used across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for flights, hotels, and rail.

• Sabre: Strong dominance in North America and widely preferred for enterprise corporate travel management.

• Flight Reservations and Ticketing:

  • Searching live flight availability, routing, and fare classes using specialized cryptic commands or graphical lookup fields.

  • Pricing, re-pricing, issuing e-tickets, processing re-issues, and handling airline schedule changes or cancellations.

• Passenger Name Records (PNR):

  • Creating and maintaining the core booking file (PNR) containing traveler names, contact details, ticketing time limits, frequent flyer numbers, and special service requests (SSRs like meal or seat preferences).

• Hotel and Car Rental Bookings:

  • Sourcing corporate or negotiated hotel room rates and checking real-time car rental inventory through integrated vendor channels.

• Queue Management:

  • Clearing daily system queues sent by airlines or aggregators regarding schedule changes, waitlist confirmations, or payment/billing alerts.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Rotational shift.
