Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages. Resolving customer queries and requests. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up. Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries. Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service. Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.

Job Brief Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat. Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors. Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
