International Customer Support Executive

We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals for our International customer support associate role.

This is a lead generation role where the primary job responsibility will be to create hot leads for our international debt management campaign.

Identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the team to achieving business growth.The candidate should have strong communication skills in English,Identify Quality leads,Problem solving ability.

Job Responsibilities

• Reaching Out: Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers in the UK.

• Connecting: Engaging in friendly, professional, and persuasive conversations to understand customer needs.

• Record Keeping: Quickly and accurately updating customer details and call outcomes in our CRM system.

• Being Awesome: Bringing a positive, high-energy attitude to the team every single day.
