Looking For Customer Support Voice process (Inbound – Sales)
Required:
Excellent English communication skills.
Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in International BPO Sales Process/Inbound Process.
Computer knowledge
Should be smart & have convincing skills
Comfortable to work in night shift
Age limit : 21 Years - 40 Years
Job Role:
Manage incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Booking customers’ flight tickets and making sales.
Benefits:
US shift (Inbound Voice) Night shift with Roster off
5 days working (Rotational off)
Incentive: Up to 1 lacs in a month (Average incentive 20k to 50k in a month) apart from salary
Training: 30 days paid training
Fixed Salary & On Time.
