Role: Trainee Process Consultant | Voice Process |.

Job Description:

- Processing claims, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and taking appropriate actions as per process guidelines.

- Adhering to professional standards, established procedures, and policies.

- Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings through timely actions and adherence to quality standards.

- Using company policies to determine immediate resolutions or escalate issues to managerial input.

- Updating customer records by inputting data into the company platform.

- Resolving customer issues through review, investigation, and appropriate actions.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Any Graduate (2022, 2023 & 2024)

: Intermediate

- Experience: Freshers only

- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication (Preferred Candidates : Who can clear CEFR: B2)

- Qualifications: BSc, BCom, BBA, BA, BPharma

Kindly Note: No BE/B.tech’s, No Post Graduates, No diploma, No Pursuing candidates.
