Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain call quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
Follow company processes, compliance, and quality guidelines.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English (regional language added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts / night shifts (if required).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
