💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹33,000 CTC

🕐 Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

🧩 Role – International BPO (Voice & Chat)

- Handle customer queries via calls or chat in a professional manner

- Identify issues and provide effective, timely resolutions

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
