We are looking for a International Customer Support Executive to join our team at DREAM AXIS GLOBAL LLP PVT LTD. The role offers ₹14,000 - ₹25,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.

• Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

• Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with team members to escalate and address more complex concerns.

• Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Night shift.

- Position: International BPO Executive

- Number of Openings: 20–25 Candidates

- Location: Virar West

- Age Criteria: 18 to below 30 years

- Shift: Night Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

- Working Days: 6 days working

- Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday

- Qualification: 10th Pass & Above

- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates

- Communication: Good English communication skills

- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

- Incentives: No cap on incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
