• Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Days Off

Job Description:
The role involves handling calls from customers in the U.S. and providing product, service, or technical support. Candidates will be required to understand customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and answer service-related queries professionally.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in International Customer Support preferred

• Good technical knowledge

• Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills

• Ability to interact confidently with customers over calls

• Ability to handle service-related questions and provide suitable solutions

• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts

Eligibility:

• PUC / 12th / Diploma

• Undergraduate / Graduate

• B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, B.E, B.Tech, B.A

• MBA / M.Com

• Graduates from other streams may also apply

Salary Details:

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹28,000 Take-Home Salary, depending on interview and assessment performance

• Freshers: ₹19,000 + ₹9,000 Retention Bonus per month

• Note: The retention bonus will be paid at the end of the 3-month contract period.
