Technical Support Associate
Location: On-site | Open Positions: 4 | Age: 22–28 years
We are hiring Technical Support Associates for a technology project. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge, strong English communication, and a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via call/chat/email
Troubleshoot basic hardware & software issues
Document cases and follow standard procedures
Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams
Maintain customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
Requirements
Basic understanding of computers & operating systems
Excellent spoken and written English
0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
Graduate/Diploma in IT or related field (preferred)
Office-based role; willingness to work in shifts if needed
Nice to Have
Prior tech support or BPO experience
Familiarity with commonly used IT hardware/software
