Job description :

Calling Specialist :

Calling Specialists are responsible for communicating with Clients on special projects. They must possess a very high degree of Customer Service skills and must have an urgency to ensure the Client's objectives are met. They should be very effective communicators.

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls related to special clients and projects.

• Have a good understanding of the process objectives and be able to communicate effectively with the clients to achieve them.

Skills/ Expertise:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Must have a Neutral Accent or American Accent (preferable) with a high degree of accuracy in pronunciation.

• Must have a clear voice and must be able to communicate professionally without the use of conversation fillers or slang when speaking.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

• Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
