Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Non-Voice)

Location: Kolkata

Work from Office

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Shift: Hardcore Night Shift (Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Ability to manage customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Willingness to work in rotational or fixed night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, or email.

Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining quality service.

Document all customer communications accurately.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
