📍 Mohali, Punjab | Work from Office

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹33,000 CTC

🕐 Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

👥 Open to: Freshers & Experienced

🧩 Role – International BPO (Voice & Chat)

Handle customer queries via calls or chat in a professional manner

Identify issues and provide effective, timely resolutions

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Follow company communication and quality standards
